Well, that makes sense. Mother Nature owns us all, doesn't she? Not sure if you read the article but the reason why they aren't playing is because the San Diego CIF thought they would have an unfair advantage over other teams in San Diego not playing in the tournament who are unable to practice because all San Diego CIF practices have been cancelled til Saturday...The teams that wanted to play in the tournament have been signed up for months and now they aren't allowed to play...Kind of sucks.

Oh, heck.... I don't even know how to read Seriously though, I have issues with the layout of ss. I don't like the ads, I have a hard time with a lead-in then having to click for the full story. I did see that there were problems with fire, but didn't read much past that.

On PrepVolleyball.com, we bring you additional news that Orange County teams also will not play Santa Barbara or Redondo. No Newport or Corona del Mar at the TOC. No Santa Margarita, El Dorado...at the Power Classic.

Since when? at 4:08 pm.... Donna Pattillo, Tournament Director of Redondo High said, "We had another problem with the Orange County Schools not being allowed to play, but fortunately they won their appeal."

The TOC is altering their start time, as they continue to try to re-shuffle the pools with the absence of the San Diego teams. Just talked to a friend who is supposed to be officiating tomorrow, and he doesn't even know his schedule and won't know until he gets there tomorrow. I think they told me that they weren't kicking off till around 12:30pm tomorrow.
