Pretty neat website, I just found out my neighbor donated $2,000 to Bush, wish I had that kind of money to throw around, Kerry sure could use the help. Anyway try putting in some famous people's names, you find out a lot of them donate to the presidential candidates. www.fundrace.org/neighbors.php

I put in an Idaho zip code just for fun (mostly because I didn't know anyone near me in Honolulu) and new 8 people on the list.
Mental note: Ask these people for money for my campaign to never work again.

I see Barbra Streisand spread her donations around. (Yes, she's my neighbor. )

The majority of people in my neighborhood donated to the Bush campaign. Seems like National Security is an important issue to many folks.

All the soft money in your neighborhoob probably went to the Democrats though. Apparently those folks care about national security and a lot of other things as well.

Apparently those folks care about national security and a lot of other things as well. Bush got more soft money from my neighbors than Howard Dean did. It appears John Kerry is liked by only one of my neighbors.

errrmmm..
I don't think soft money can be donated directly to individual candidates.
At least not legally.
That's how they finagle getting around donation limits apparently. They set up "not directly related" (*cough*) organizations that fund various advertizements on issues and seem to conveniently have their advetisments tell us negatives things about candidates (ie, "the other party") that are opposed to those issues.
Oy..
