In all seriousness, because I'm not sure, can ex-presidents be Vice Presidents?

Bill Clinton?
Once you've been a President, you don't seek a lower level job. Coaching is different, I imagine. A coach resigns or is fired and soon, he/she shows up as an assistant somewhere else. It happens. But not Presidents and Kings and Prime Ministers and Emperors.

John Edwards would be a good running mate. He's a southern Senator who may be able to swing a couple of States. I happen to like John Edwards.

I put Bill Clinton on there because of the SNL skit this past weekend. They had Bill Clinton on weekend update pushing for himself to be Kerry's running mate. He said, "I'll put the vice back in vice president."

I say pick Jane Fonda. Heck, Henry Fonda would make a better VP than Cheney.

Since I picked "Other", I'll let you know who I am thinking of that would be a good running mate for Kerry. Bill Maher. I am hoping that his HBO show "Real Time" won't end its season run until the election is over with.
