Here are some frequently asked questions (FAQ) on your administrator/moderator (that's me):
1. How often does the admin/mod check this board?
I check about once or twice a day. I don't read all the posts.
2. What is the best way to contact the admin/mod?
The best way is to send an IM (instant message) through this board. That's the first thing I check before I cursorily scan the posts. Another way is to send an email to me at vbmoderator@yahoo.com. The worst way to contact me is to post something on this board, because, as I said, I don't read all the posts. When you send a message, make sure it's an emergency (ex. you want to fib on bad people posting bad stuff on the board) or have a serious issue you would like to discuss with me over some cyber coffee.
3. Should I try to get to know the admin/mod better? Should I ask him what his favorite color is, and what his turn-ons and turn-offs are?
No. Let's keep it professional between you and me.
NOTE: I will constantly update this FAQ post as the need arises. If you post in this FAQ board, I may elect to delete them as I incorporate your good questions into my FAQ post.

The password is sent almost instantaneously. Three things could have happened: (1) the server had a hiccup; or (2) you entered the wrong email address (or you spelled it incorrectly); or (3) you entered a correct email address but you checked a different email account.
Remember, we send you the temporary password to your email account. If the server had a hiccup, you need to register again. If you entered the wrong email address (or spelled it incorrrectly), you need to register again. If you checked the wrong email account, well, you should check the correct account.
This last possibility, I will assume, did not happen. Best thing to do is re-register with a valid email account.
