... Islam definitely did not give the world Cat Stevens, any more than it gave the world Cassius Clay or Lew Alcindor. If anything it removed Cat Stevens from the world. One might claim it gave the world Yusuf Islam, however. Well, by your definition then, Christianity did not give the world Jesus. It's hardly my definition. All those guys changed their names themselves, and all of them were quite insistant on people using their new names. But yes, Jesus was a Jew, if that's what you are getting at.

A Jew? I thought he was Presbyterian?!
Nice to see Cat Stevens/Yusif singing again.
By the way, for my money, the Alhambra was all Islam needed to bring into the world to justify its worth. I know, more than 500 years ago.

Who gave the world Sean Hannity? That's what I want to know, because it, whatever it was, needs to be stopped before it gives again. Well, just as long as he goes away because of bad ratings or his own choosing. I dread the day that Sean Hannity or Keith Olbermann are censured because they present "unfair views." If that happens, then (say) Gopher Bill and Ruffda might be next.

He should be reprimanded for making things up, something Keith does not do.

He should be reprimanded for making things up, something Keith does not do. I always look to Keith for a fair, honest, unbiased presentation of the news.... He and the whole MSNBC staff are the best at giving us balanced, truthful reporting.

Balanced, no. But he doesn't make things up.
I've never understood why people can't see the difference between opinions and lies.

Can't people see that Keith is just giving us the true, honest facts. I don't understand why almost nobody watches Keith. Maybe everybody is just stupid that they can't see the difference between Keith's opinions and Fox's lies. I don't understand why so many people watch the Fox line-up. Are they all just stupid?

First of all, read my response. That's not what I said. Second, yes. Anyone who watches Fox for news is stupid.

Gopher Bill, Be careful, Great Britain might ban you from visiting their "great" country -- just like Michael Savage. And in appropriate company with the Right Reverend Fred Phelps. Another good example of the moral majority and teh republican party.
