Just as a point, I try not to update the front page based on information that is just posted on this board. I try to wait for the official announcement, which usually come a day or two later.
Sometimes they are delayed (like the NC State situation), and many small dII, DIII, and NAIA schools never update anything.

SC, our "reporter", whoops, our "insider", whoops, the "guru of all vt knowledge", what is the scoop on UOP, UC San Diego, BC, Towson, and all the rest. You are in the Know, so I ask the master. By the way did JMU and Houston hire, LOL

Hamline hiring a 2007 grad is slightly odd. I know at least two winning Division III head coaches who applied and never heard anything. Shouldn't they at least look at the proven winners before hiring an inexperienced young coach?
Koach, I think I can tell you that SC would say something like "read the previous pages" because there is info on UOP, Towson and BC, and then for UCSD s/he'll probably tell you to do your own stinking research.

The front page is staying current, but it's also staying accurate (which, to me, is worth the one or two day delay). Kudos to you... Please keep up the great work.

However, I was going to give you some information, until I read vbnerd's post! ;D Instead, let's see... koach...spelled with a 'k'...how curious. Hmmm, who spells their name with a letter, that when pronounced, sounds like another (more common) letter? Ah ha, I got it! "Do your own stinking research, Karch"!

Ooooh, if that's the case, then the plot thickens (and the sound you hear is the lone marble left in BitterOldDude's head, rolling around).
BTW, good to have you back BOD! ;D

Who else was in the running at James Madison? Still a little surprised with the hiring of Sauer. I think she'll have her day, but think she may still be a little young to tackle this job. Time will tell. Good luck to her and the Dukies. I don't disagree, but Lauren has been highly succesful at every thing she has done. Those people usually find a way to be succesful regardless of experience, age, etc.... Top student, top player, top assistant, hard to see her failing.
