Kerri Walsh will be announcing her partner for the rest of the year on tonights broadcast of the Women's final on ESPN2.
That is, if the avp has a rest of the year.

...and the winner is...
Brooke Hanson.
Apparently, she asked Misty, but Misty said that she had committed to Nicole for the year.

Brooke Hanson, as had been rumored.
Brooke recently switched partners; allegedly splitting Lauren Fendrick from Stanford grad Ashley Ivy. Hanson and Fendrick are listed for most of the upcoming FIVB events. I wonder if Walsh is not planning to play internationally this year (wouldn't be surprising). I wonder if that will change if the AVP folds its tents.

What a great opportunity for Brooke. If she can put the ball away consistently, she may get her first victory sometime in the not so distant future. She will definitely love playing behind Kerri's block.

Great for Brooke! I hope that she can use this to continue to build her career! Brooke was not only one of the best players ever at UCSB, ahw was without a doubt the most versitile.

Since Misty only said she is committed to Nicole through this year do you think she is planning one more olympics with Kerri Walsh then? Would be great to see.

Just complete guesswork here, but I bet they'll talk in the offseason and decide whether they want to make another Olympic run. IMO, they would have to commit to most of the 2011 season in order to get back enough edge to be good enough to win gold in 2012.
With Kerri's young family, I imagine it would be very difficult -- though at least Casey & Kerri could travel together. The status of the AVP or at least a domestic tour would have some influence as well.

From some of Misty's comments, its not clear she plans to play volleyball at all beyond this season. Though I will be surprised if she really does retire.
