The Princeton Review just released the Top 10 Party Schools:
1. Ohio state 2. Georgia 3. U Mississippi 4. Iowa 5. UC Santa Barbara 6. West Virginia 7. Penn State 8. Florida State 9. University of Florida 10. Texas
There was also a Top 10 most Sober Schools. No surprise BYU was No. 1 for the most sober school.

I always find it strange how much this changes year to year.

They must have missed the annual Mifflin Street Block Party in Madison, which really got out of control this year and might be getting shut down by the city. I am sure the students at Wisconsin will try hard to get back to the top, unfortunately.
As far as sober schools, I don't know if they made the list, but the only time I visited Notre Dame was on a rainy, foggy friday night in the fall, and it was striking to me that there weren't a bunch of loud, drunk students stumbling around.
