And the days of being under the radar, graduating all your kids, and winning every few years are gone. There are coaches who have been at their institutions for a long time who are being asked uncomfortable questions, like: how much longer will it take and what is it going to take to win conference championships or to move further up the food chain. With the intimation that their jobs are on the line. Very true. The old saying is that when football and basketball are doing bad you don't have to worry about your job. However when they are winning then you need to start worrying because your sport is probably next on the food chain.
