This will be a train wreck. Can Diamond Dave be the entertainer he was just 5 years ago? Wolfgang is playing Bass. I will wait for the bootleg versions on Youtube.

You all maybe right. VH music needs energy and showmanship to work....Dave aint no young buck anymore. Outside of Eddie its not like they are world-class musicians like Geddy, Neil and Alex who still crank and put on a great show.

I've got huge doubts on this one, unfortunately. Have you heard DD lately? His voice, never that strong to begin with, is pretty much gone. And they won't miss Michael Anthony's bass playing, but his vocal harmonies were a hugely underrated part of VH's sound.
Besides, how long before Eddie goes nuts again and fires Diamond Dave?

Anthony is underrated for sure as a vital part of that band but we all knew his worth. They will not get my $$$

Michael Anthony is very underated imo. Agree about the importance of his vocal harmonies. Saw them at their peak in the early 80's. Very powerful.
