I think Winder has to be on there somewhere. At least HM.

Costas was a truly great player for Hawaii, but is it appropriate to include him because of questions of his eligibility--supposedly the reason Hawaii's 2002 title was taken away?

Winder wasn't eligible...
"...To be eligible for consideration for the 15 Year Anniversary Teams, student-athletes have to have competed for at least one season since 1993 and have been named to the All-MPSF first or second team during the years 1993-2006. Current student-athletes were also eligible."

I never fully understood the whole Costas issue. If he were completely ineligible, they should strip him of every honor he ever won. But since all was kept in tact, I think he would have been eligible if he was held out of so many matches to make up for the matches he played as/with "pros." Frankly, I think he should be on the first team. He has 2 POY awards and is the first four time AA. I think what hurt him the most is that he only has one Final Four appearance in his career.
