the live feeds on nbcsports.com works great! ... watching china-russia in beach volleyball right now. the problem is that i'll be traveling for a most of the next 2 weeks ... and won't have much occasion to watch online ... but i will get to watch US-South Korea in the morning... it'll be on the live feed at 8:50am Hawaii time

You can watch them all online at the NBC Olympics website.
If it prompts you for your cable provider you can press a button for a temporary pass, you just have to provide your email and you can watch all the finished games so far. You can even watch the non-USA matches for both men and women. This is also available for all the other sports (e.g. badminton, table tennis, tennis, among others...)

I'm not seeing any option for a temporary pass, thanks for the info.

Well when you consider tens of millions of people streaming high-quality video from 8am-10pm, it actually looks pretty good.

If you watch the Brazil Turkey replay, you get a bonus in that the first 10 minutes of the video consist of the last 7 points of the USA Korea match, including the soon-to-be-made-infamous-on-VolleyTalk patented Lindsey Berg backrow setter digblock.
