When was the last time we had both Japan and Korea in the Olympics semifinals? It's like we're back in the 70s.

Anyways, congrats to Korea and Japan! Sad day for China, Russia and Italy, though, especially quite a few players from these teams will be retiring.

1)two Asian teams reached the semi and China is not one of them

2)Italy, a holder of 3 major titles has never reached the semi of the OG

3)Brazil reached their 6th straight OG semi, they broke the record shared with Cuba
