It doesn't matter when you have a player like Butler. She's the best player on both sides of the court period. She's the type of player I advocate in finding - defensive and offensive power.
Let's see how Baylor does on their home court next.
Well I see we have another poster that believes they know more than the coaching staff and are unable to admit that their hot takes are off base.
Wow, I thought Baylor was going to win I said previously but I also stated in the game section that it will be the middle that will be key for UT. Go check my post on game thread before you speak. You are off base.
Boy, you guys on this UT thread are sensitive. Is this a UT volleyball die-hard fan thing? Or you mad I told your boyfriend off?
Here, have this...

I guess you were correct that Baylor players were more balanced offensively/defensively. Not very good at either. It doesn't matter when you have a player like Butler. I love Brionne as much as the next Texas fan, but little sister didn’t pass/dig, or set the ball to herself in the Baylor match. You’re SO close to making the connection that middles can only perform offensively when passing is good, and defensively when serving is strong. You’ve dogged Texas recruits as being one dimensional, and our outsides of being unable to play a ‘complete’ game. When given the chance to walk that back after the Baylor match (who you compared our players to before Wednesday's Slaughtering, mind you), you have nothing to say but Butler is a beast, as if the other six-starters weren’t even there. Get real, bud. The players you lamented Texas for not recruiting folded like lawn chairs against the recruits that you dogged leading up the match. Your commitment to being wrong, and passion in being contradictory is quite admirable, honestly.

Yes, it is a team sport, but without Butler I don't think the team can win it's next Championship; not just Baylor game alone. When I referenced middle previously in the game thread I did not know I had to say Butler. It's not just her correct, but she IS the game changer. You misconstrue by my thought on the recruits. My only point was to say that there were numerous other players that would have been better - game changer for all positions - they exist (i.e. Oregon Nuneviller, LSU committ Flickinger, etc). Yes, Coach J can't recruit all. I pointed out a couple of options and why. I pointed to players who would have been stronger defensively and provide the offensive spark. I don't conform to the idea a certain position only does this or that. I've seen players who have scored plentiful and defend just as well ( middles/OH/DS - all )and those are the type of players I am pointing out that UT should look at more. A DS for example could be used for back row attacks (if you had that type of player I mentioned). All middle recruited should not only be able to block but run slides with ease (you ever see a middle recruited primarily due to height but can't be explosive on slides or even defend - all the time?). My opinion like any other person. I also believe programs like UT should look outside just the State Champions of HS programs and winners of club championships because there are a lot of other dynamic players on other teams. Look at semi-finals and higher at HS, look at Silver and Gold levels on the Open and not just because they are GPOY - those type of recommendations. Certain districts are much better than others. It's all suggestions I wish they reviewed - nothing more.

Same thinking says Baylor players are more balanced offensive/defensively as individuals than UT players and Wednesday game will show that. UT hitting and blocking needs to step it up. I know it's difficult for you to see beyond the limited vision but try. I just... I can’t. *sigh* But okay.

Lol what a sh*tshow your posts are. And no, I’m not in my feelings or part of “the group.” You’re just stupid and love to hear yourself talk.

Yes, you’re quite touched. In a way that you yourself can’t understand.
