Hi,
I am about to buy the Mizuno Wave Lightning RX3, I tried size 9 and 9 1/2, I feel a little bit tight in the former, a little bit loose in the latter, what do you recommend? I don't know if this kind of shoes will stretch a little bit with time...
Thanks for your help!

I personally try to buy tight, never loose. The looser, the more unstable you'll be, IMO. Obviously if your toes are about to break through the front, that's too tight. I've found that a tighter fit helps against blisters as well...

Go to the shoe store and get measured with a brannock device. Look at the toes, sure, but you need to have them measure your arch length. I've heard a few sports podiatrists say 80% of the athletes they see are playing in the wrong sized shoe.
You want the ball of your foot, where the foot flexes, to line up with the natural break in the shoe (push both ends of the shoe with your hands and see where it bends). You also should have room for your toes to splay out when you jump and land, like they would if not boxed up in a shoe.
