Congratulations to Gardner...she's a beast. If she can make the Sun Devils finish in the top 4 (as they are picked), I think she might have a shot as PAC-12 POY. Unlikely that award goes to usually a player on a team that finishes in the Top 2 I don't think ASU is that good and there a ton of great OHs like Gardner in the PAC-12. That award is Vansants to lose. Gardner is great though. She really is. And such a nice person. Hits a hard ball. Imagine if Kingdon had come to ASU. What an OH party that would be.

I think Gardner is better than Kingdon. Arizona State this year is very much like Hawaii last year with Hartong. If Gardner is having an off night, they will be in big trouble!

Not even close. It depends on what you need. Stanford or Nebraska (Teams that already do everything well but just need some more scoring) would probably take Gardener. USC, Texas, and I think most others would take Madi. I can only imagine what Kingdon could do with talent around her and better coaching.

As I expected, Nikki cleared for practice today. She's starting with passing first and will slowly go to the other skills. If everything goes smoothly and as planned, she should be game ready by the Northern Arizona series,or if not, the first road trip the following week.

Thanks for the update KF....I hope she just takes it slow and heals completely.
