"Rutgers athletic director Julie Hermann made an off-the-cuff joke about the Jerry Sandusky child sex-abuse scandal at Penn State during a meeting with staff last fall." She's just wrong and foolish in so many ways. Instinctively selfish and cruel. All through her career. At Tennessee, at Louisville, at Rutgers. And she never owns her mistakes. Always lies or blames someone else. It's pathological. She's amoral. I should pity her, but that's difficult. She's too offensive. Somebody above said she's "tone deaf." That's for sure. It comes from being self-absorbed and rotten at the core. Unfortunately, people like her usually rise in athletic administration pretty well.
