Probably Cayley Thurlby, the UCLA Director of Volleyball Operations?

I think it's a simple question, really. The most attractive coaching staff (and most intelligent and talented) is whatever coaching staff happens to be recruiting someone's daughter.

Alot of these women who are coaches or are part of the support staff have huge egos, no self awareness and no common sense.

If we are to follow this up with a thread searching for the *least* attractive fan, then allow me to throw my hat in the ring.

Yeah, that's Cayley Thurlby - UCLA's DOVO and data volley person. Which brings up a different type of the "Most [insert topic] Coaching Staff:" Which coaching staff could step out on the floor right now and beat any other coaching staff? Sealy, Metzger, Ker, Nielsen, Thurlby and the UCLA team manager (forgot his name, huge dude who played MB at UCLA a few years ago) would be hard to top.

Yeah, that's Cayley Thurlby - UCLA's DOVO and data volley person. I had actually already figured out who she was, but chose not to name her, because I was more concerned with the wisdom of the action than the person. Those shoes were like walking on stilts.

Someone else mentioned her as well. Is she on staff anywhere? If not, that would disqualify her from consideration regardless of how heartbreaking that might be to some of you.

I'm going to go a different direction and say the most attractive staffs are those with the most beautiful souls. (ducks, runs away)

My old assistant (a female) used to comment about the inappropriateness of the dress of many of the young female assistants we saw. Short skirts and high heels seemed to be quite common among that group. it was always good for a few laughs watching them try and run drills during warmups or shag down balls.
