lol Gilbert is the best libero in the nation. Stop trolling already. While I agree kokyu often trolls, I'm not sure Gilbert is the best libero in the nation..... The only one I can say is better than Gilbert, is MSU libero. Moster.

Passing wasn't so good tonight for the Cardinal. Lowe is an amazing hitter. Even though she did a great deal of damage, it wasn't as bad as I expected it might be.

While I love Gilbert and agree she is the best libero in the nation this was not her night. She looked very bad on serve receive and digging but every player in the nation is suspect to a questionable match Moster has had less than Stellar performances this season. The only others that are knocking on the door of elite liberos are Mosher for FSU so underrated and of course my other favorite libero in the PAC Benson. Wong-Orantes and McCoy have caught my eye too.

That was Stanford's worst passing for a whole match that I've seen at Maples in a long time. They've had difficult stretches before, but this was almost the entire match. Much of that was UCLA serving well. On the other side, Stanford's serving was pretty uneven but was good in crunch time of the 4th set. Dunning let out a visible sigh of relief when they won the match. At intermission they paid tribute to the championship teams of '84, '94, and '04. The PA announcer mispronounced both Ogonna and Nnamani, as well as Kehoe. That seems like grounds for dismissal.

Benson is a much better passer then Gilbert. Gilbert seems to get pulled out of serve rec in most matches I have watched. She really had a tough match tonight.

Buechler has been putting up pretty good stats for conference matches and might be one of the frontrunners for PAC 12 FOY. I think she is closing the gap between Scambray and her but I cant find Tia's conference stats on the huskies page

It would help her chances if OSU can win a few more matches.

Totally forgot about Marshall! Will be rooting for her so she can break the record for the lowest ranked player named PAC 12 FOY forgot about Lutz too as a contender

Few notes: Lowe went right over Howard a couple of times. Howard is not short. Bruins also pretty fast in system and Lowe still got kills. Really hope she gets a good look at Grand Prix next year.
Lutz is the most unusual .550 hitter I've seen. Pokes the ball into space.
Stanford stronger on big points.
Thought Bruins won serve return by a big margin tonight, made match close. Good Stanford could win with block but Stanford needs better serve results, w Hitch they realize by trying different servers.
