Realistically, WTF does it matter? Seriously, these players are coming here and they are not suddenly going to be either better or worse in reality depending on where some website or magazine decides to rank them. I always take recruit rankings with a huge grain of salt. My comment had nothing to do with the player being "better or worse", but simply that the team recruiting her (which is not Stanford, Texas, PSU, or Nebraska) might be a factor. Recruiting rankings are, to some degree, self-fulfilling prophecies. That she's #4 on UW's list, according to PrepVolleyball, could simply mean that Dani Cole has moved up, in their estimation.

Re. rankings
I like to always tell this story. When I was in high school, I was involved in a summer program for gifted/talented students -- I know it's hard to believe they would invite a doof like me. There, I wrote for the student paper and since no one else was interested, I was THE Sports guy. There was a tennis tournament at the summer program, so that students could have some diversion from their studies. What I did was walk around, talk to the various tournament participants -- other fellow students -- and came up with a ranking. I did the rankings all by myself without knowing a thing about any of the participants. They were just names on paper to me. After conducting my interviews, I just randomly assigned a ranking for the tennis tournament participants and all of a sudden, it became a BIG DEAL. When the tournament go underway, everybody was talking about how this ranked player beat that ranked player. Those were MY rankings -- all mostly randomly generated! LOL!
I realized then how stupid life was and how I could control and shape this stupidity.

I remember, back when I was much more of a football fan than I am now, looking at the "Best of the West" recruiting rankings only to realize a very high percentage of the "blue chip" recruits were within driving distance of the Long Beach Press-Telegram, which published the rankings. My conclusion was that the newspaper didn't consider it worthy of paying for hotels or airplane tickets, but just gas and meals.

I'm assuming UW is recruiting Molly Wilson (5'11" Setter - 2021) since they follow her on instagram. They don't follow random players usually unless they are recruiting them (following Kendall Kipp as well). Wilson is also being followed by Cal, Ohio State, and Louisville. She plays for Forza1 and goes to Vista Murrieta.

Does Washington have schollies available? Wouldn’t be surprised to see a certain Maryland player head back west of the Cascades.

Note: I know nothing about her intentions. But if the predicted mass exodus from Terpland occurs, and ay2013 is corrrct that Washington might see one or more transfers, I’d think Dreschel to be a likely candidate. Kid literally crossed the country to play for Aird. Yeah, blah blah commit to the school not the coach, but he’s leaving. If the rumors of Milana’s departure are true as well, then theoretically there’s not as much keeping Dreschel so far away from home. Turn that M upside down and color it purple!

I have no idea if Adam or anyone else is staying, but would it change your opinion if he was?
