I didnt have an agenda, Texas is legit although I felt they got a very lofty seed and good draw, and Wisconsin is legit and certainly had an advantageous Big schedule. You were just highly critical of 3 losses that I thought were pretty damn good losses. Personally, I dont think any team in the country goes 3-0 in those matches. Anybody So, who should have gotten that "very lofty" #2 national seed, if not Texas? Washington? As it turned out, obviously not. A team only gets credit for "good losses" in RPI/SOS. But, those were Wisconsin's e toughest matches (according to the seeds) and they couldn't win any of the three. So for somebody who started out with a somewhat legitimate complaint that Texas was gratuitously insulted in a post, you have spent an inordinate amount of time gratuitously insulting Washington, on the basis that the unexpectedly lost a match at home. Well damn, look in the mirror, eh? Guess who else unexpectedly lost a match at home (and to a team nowhere near as good as Nebraska)?

Seeing today's match, Grant, Bugg and Burgess shouldn't have been on the 1st team.

Seeing today's match, Grant, Bugg and Burgess shouldn't have been on the 1st team. They would have looked like first teamers if they played UNC..

Seeing today's match, Grant, Bugg and Burgess shouldn't have been on the 1st team. Yep, all recognition should be thrown away because of one match. I like the way you think.

Three weeks in December? You get to the tournament by leading your team to victory, therfore, you deserve to be AA. The best player on a non tournament team is not AA. Yeah but you're basing it on what occurs in those three weeks, not the whole season beforehand. If Stanford, for whatever reason, were to lose in the second round, if you're gonna tell me Inky isn't 1st team AA, you're wrong.

Just to clarify since many seem to be confused: All student-athletes who were chosen to the AVCA's All-Region teams and were not selected to one of the AVCA's three All-America teams are automatically Honorable Mention All-Americans. Yes. Plus, if the school of an All-Region Honorable Mention player submits video to the committee, they can also be added to the AA Honorable Mention list, as long as the committee unanimously agrees. It just cracks me up when schools are posting the HM as a new award to boost their image to the uninformed...

Can a player be AA HM and not even all league? AA HM are the leftover picks from the All-Region teams that were not chosen to be on one of the three AA teams.

IDK which is the bigger injustice. Can a right choice correct a bad choice?

It just cracks me up when schools are posting the HM as a new award to boost their image to the uninformed... It's still a nice recognition to those players who were not picked to one of 3 AA teams. Considering just how many players and teams there are, it's a prestigious group and a nice honor.

It is kind of like reposting old info in a new way to fool the majority into thinking this is a new award.
