Speaking of which I should also add that looking at UCI since their coaching change (in comparison), about 10 years ago with Speraw starting his career there that team has probably never had a down year that I can remember.
UCI is not a "big name school" both in volleyball and in other "big" sports (e.g. basketball, football, etc.), so the fact the success of that school has taken off from the get-go (since Speraw took over) until now (and even after Kniffin took over), could be a good case against how good of a coach Wade is. Anyway, just another thing to consider. My gosh though again, looking at the success of UCI just in the past 10 years is pretty darn amazing!

Something is happening over at UCI with their athletic programs. The men's basketball real made it to the NCAA playoffs, the baseball team made it all the way to the college World Series, men's soccer made it to the Elie 8 and women's water polo team are heading to ncaa's next week. For a relatively young school with no football team their athletic teams are really doing well. Let's hope the men's volleyball team is heading to the ncaa championships next week too!

But since you brought it up, hopefully BOTH Hawaii and UCI can make it to next week's NCAA final in Volleyball! That should be an interesting match if it ever happens.
