Alan Knipe coaches at HBC and has two kids that play there.

With the recruiting class Long Beach State is getting.... Why have they been able to land this class? Tyler Hildebrand, former HBC director and current LBSU assistant, had a big part of getting the HBC guys to go there. From there I'm sure TJ and Josh started convincing others to join.

Pepperdine not winning a national championship should show that big time recruits don't always result in a championship

I have a feeling Josh and TJ have peaked. Maybe a little room to grow but the remaining highschool recruits will be escalating their game by leaps and bounds...essentially catching up to Long Beach's recruits! It's seems college is a totally different playing field. It will be fun to see how it goes!

The guy I'm most interested to watch is Kyle Ensing. Monster on the right side, really big and jumps out of the gym.

They have great coaching and with the new Players, I am sure in a couple years they will be in the playoffs. It is always that next level of play at the end of the season with no injuries to be #1.

Long Beach did win one title with the 2015 recruiting class. Most people didn't predict that correctly.
Will they win a second?
