Their singing and dancing. I guess seeing a team get slaughtered 25-2, I would consider toning it down. But that's just me. I agree. If you are hammering a Russia, China or Brazil, it's one thing. Dancing on Algeria's grave is quite another. I found it disrespectful, and a little amateurish but don't think it was their intent. Sometimes you just see yourselves as having fun but don't think about how it may come across.

It was already a sad situation. They could either dance or sit there, yawn, and look somber to make it appear even more funeral-like. I'd rather they dance. I think there is a middle ground. These are great people who would never disrespect themselves, the opponent or the game on purpose.

I find it immature when people put more concentration in the wrong areas. It's almost like "sob... wait look at me, I am sad, so you be sad too" and if you not, than you disrespecting me. No, life doesn't work that way, so grow up. The USA team acts like this when they're playing anybody. You've got to keep yourself occupied and if anyone interprets this action as malicious, that's their problem. I am baffled that people get disrespect out of this.

Especially for the Algerian players; they looked really tired!

Has anyone seen any other National Team where the sideline players behave like that? I understand that there is camaraderie, but sometimes it just seems to border on juvenile or unprofessional. Yes.... I feel the same way with Brazil. Every time they win, they all jump all over one another to run to the nearest camera and celebrate UP CLOSE.

Would it be wrong to point out that Easy might be the top point scorer for Algeria? Meg and Nic tied #1 Nadira Ait Oumghar for Algeria's top scorer. In particular, Nic had a difficult time terminating against Algeria, especially as the match progressed.

USA win or lose are always celebrating and dancing. Next thing you know USA stops dancing and chanting and then they'll accuse USA of taking the game too serious. Case in point Sarah Pavan and Logan Tom. There were a lot of post talking about how Tom and Pavan were always too serious because they weren't as hyped up as most of the team was. Get over it people.

I'm looking forward to the Russia vs Serbia match (Aug 31 @ 1am Central). The only problem is that it is on at the same time as the USA vs Argentina match. Oh well, I guess I will have to watch both at the same time.

I'm not sure which was more unusual: A USAWNT acting like a 15's club at JO's, or a USAWNT that honestly seem to like each other.

I agree, its a little off putting. If another team was doing it, we would be criticizing them for showboating. I think they need to tone it down. Not so much, but still toning it down.
