Gophers have been money in game 5s since late last year.
I wish they'd had Bratford in game 5 v. USC.
13-9.

Congratulations Gophers. I was wrong and right. I didn't think you guys would lose after getting downed by OSU.

undefeated #2 goes down.
Good job Gophers, never an easy place to win. Way to rebound from last night.

Wow, why am I getting the scores first. That's some kind of lag.

Man, I thought some one had a Chinese libero until I realized Jin Shu was Gentil. Wow, he really rattles it off fast.

It must be the curvature of space time because Pennsylvania is pretty far away. I don't know, you're "closer to the action" perhaps!

The Gophers and Lions both probably drop a bit in the poll Monday. I wonder if the Buckeyes will sneak into the top 10?
Does anyone know the last time (if ever) the Big 10 has had 3 teams ranked in the top 10?

That was a lot of blocks and digs. And according to the broadcast, the ball was just flying around like a pinball. Any block that wasn't a stuff was dug up and either blocked again or dug up. Its really too bad this match wasn't televised. The two liberos both over 40 digs! Gentil 47, Walters 44. 121 digs for the Gophers. 113 digs for the Lions. 7 block solos and 24 block assists for the Gophers. (19 total blocks) 2 block solos and 27 block assists for the Lions. Big win for the Gophers. Too bad this match wasn't televised; it should have been. On the other hand, it would have been diced to pieces due to time constraints. I guess the Buckeyes are now in the driver's seat in the Big Ten race, unless they lost to Iowa. I kind of doubt that happened. Minnesota does salvage the split on the toughest trip of the year, so they aren't in too bad of shape, either.
