Not a ranking. Who do you think goes, taking into consideration the Regional locations and granted we don't know who will be in which Region.
Mine?
USC Nebraska Washington Minnesota
Of course, if USC -- or any of these teams -- is not a top 4 seed, it may be impossible for this to happen.
Is it possible for Hawaii to be a top 4 given their RPI will be hurt by their schedule? I see Hawaii in Washington's region--and they have a shot.
I'm HOPING Nebraska gets the Green Bay Region.
Minnesota gets their own, as a #1 or #2. PLEASE send the Huskers elsewhere!
Which leaves Penn State, Texas or Ohio State with the Louisville region.
One of those 3 teams is a toughie in somebody's region. Add Florida, who I expect to be clicking come December, and the chances are very good that 4 #2s or a #3 seed goes to the FF.
It's wide open #1 through 9. Should be a blast.

Florida Georgia Hawaii Idaho
Oh wait, not doing the alphabetical list of states....
How about: Nebraska (as the team to beat) - will defeat Florida Minnesota (I just have a feeling they'll just SQUEAK past someone and the homecourt is why!)
Then, choose from these teams, depending on seeding: USC Hawaii Washington Colorado State Stanford (ALWAYS in the mix) Ohio State (Gordon's year to shine, possiby out of Wisconsin?) UCLA (Will be ready to be in the mix) Texas (Will be ready to find a way) Florida (can't make it past Nebraska, who I see them meeting in Kentucky)
Long Shot: Penn State

No disrespect, because I do think they are final 16 and possibly final 8, but CSU is not in the same class.
(Alright, I guess there is SOME disrespect there.)
And UCLA and Stanford have shown no reason for anyone to believe they can do it.

They were not even CLOSE to beating Minnesota, although they WERE close to losing to Georgia Tech.
I've seen them play 3 times now. I am not impressed.
OK. I need to modify this. I am not impressed, strictly in terms of them being a final 4 caliber team. They are a very good team.

Dominating the first half of game ONE means they were close to beating Minnesota? Nosir!
Minnesota wasn't very good in that match, btw--and still won. On CSU's home court.

National Champion: Washington over NU (5 games)
Final Four:
Washington (beats Texas in 4) Texas OSU Nebraska (beats OSU in 5)
Elite Eight Losers:
Minnesota (to Nebraska) PSU (to Texas) USC (to OSU) Hawaii/UCLA/Stanford (one of those three) (to Washington)

That's possible. Are you saying Nebraska is the #1 seed in Minnesota's region?
One place where I disagree, however, is USC-OSU. OSU must hope and pray they do not play USC. USC may be the ONLY team with the block to shut down Gordon.
And if Gordon is shut down, OSU is in BIG trouble.

OSU is in the same boat as Hawaii, the matchups against USC / Nebraska would be way too difficult to overcome. Let's put them both in the same region! I don't think Washington will win this Championship.

Minnesota wins the Minneapolis regional; Washington at Seattle; and Nebraska and USC join them at Long Beach. Good odds on the first three. USC is starting to look shaky.

What if Washington and Minnesota don't host? Too many permutations for me to answer off-the-cuff. But why wouldn't they play at their own regionals? If you want to give me an alternate scenario, I'll take a stab at it.
