To me; this team of lady Huskers had more chemistry than any other team that I have ever seen! They were really for each other in every way! I hope that continues into the future!! GO HUSKERS

To me; this team of lady Huskers had more chemistry than any other team that I have ever seen! They were really for each other in every way! In that respect, they reminded me of the 1982 Lincoln Northeast boys basketball team. They definitely had some talented players, but won the Class A state championship primarily because of their great chemistry as a team. That season had probably the deepest collection of high school boys basketball talent in Nebraska history, including Dave Hoppen, Ron Kellogg and Kerry Trotter on Class A teams out of Omaha. The LNE Rockets defeated Hoppen's Omaha Benson team in the semifinals and Kellogg's Omaha Northwest team in the final to wrap up the championship. Coach Cook has said many times that winning the B1G title is more challenging than taking home a national championship, and I see what he means. Of all the teams we played this year, I think Purdue and Penn State were the most challenging, followed by Wisconsin and MSU. I even thought Illinois at home was a greater challenge than Florida last night, like the way the tOSU match in Columbus felt more intense than Kentucky at their place. GO BIG TEN! Interesting, because he's won more Big 10 titles than he has national championships since NU joined the Big 10. So something doesn't add up there.

Cook has 4 National Championships (2000, 2006, 2015, 2017)........3 B1G Championships (2011, 2016, 2017). Maybe what doesn't add up is your memory?

Nebraska joined the Big Ten in 2011. Thank you. Hopefully Mr. Pile of Durt is paying attention this time. Point made, Mr. Happy! To make yourself even happier, think about Nebraska being the reigning champions for the next year!
