It's all good. I just don't want to call them out by name when I'm giving my unsolicited, layman's criticism. It wouldn't be fair for search engines to pick up there names associated with "poor ball control" or "lot of hitting errors." Understand. But, there should be some way to better identify the players without causing the issues you are concerned about. It is pretty easy to determine that KC and SH are Claes and Hughes, but I have no idea who the others are.

I think USC is in a class by themselves with the second group being Pepperdine and UCLA. I believe the top 6 are slotted correctly in the national poll. The only flip flop could be Hawaii and LBSU after this weekend, but there is a big drop off after the top 6. Well, we can always pray for a high ankle sprain, OR TWO

We could hope some of these other great athletes play their best and give them a run for the money.. Some have pushed them but if Claes is on her game it would be difficult, imho.

As far as Claes goes, I am hoping for the ankle sprain!

As far as Claes goes, I am hoping for the ankle sprain! You seem like a terrible human being.

As far as Claes goes, I am hoping for the ankle sprain! You Long Beach guys can sure hold a grudge! Still mad at Cynthia Barboza?

www.avca.org/polls/beach/4-17-2017.htmlWeek #7 poll released. FIU swaps spots with Stetson. On the lighter side, Coastal Carolina is receiving votes with a 1-15 record. Glad someone has a sense of humor on the voting committee.

Final AVCA Beach Poll is here: www.avca.org/polls/beach/5-8-2017.htmlJust added for completeness, no real news. UCLA drops from #2 to #5 and some minor movement mimicking the NCAA tournament finish. The RV pool does not seem very strong, but at least they took out the joke votes for teams that were 1-15.

I've never really understood the point of these final polls
Had LSU stunned the world and won the tourney, would they really be #1? I don't think so, USC still would have been #1.
the NC is always #1 in these things
it's like all season, people put their own definition of best into a poll, and then after the tourney, they just go brain-dead and basically order the teams 1-8 based almost entirely on the tourney results
it's a little silly to even have a post-season poll IMO

So what happened to UCLA in the finals? Over confident? Not that good? Just blew it?
