He is fine.
The AvP is fine,
The game is growing faster than ever.
New stars will emerge quickly.
He showed if you hold his feet to the fire you get burned.
KW made a stand, good for her, she has an opinion, but it was not a consensus. Time to move on while the vacuum is filled with new talent.
I luv his comment, "beach volleyball does not revolve around one athlete". End of story.
The sport survived Karch, Sinjin, Randy, Misty, Todd, Jose, Holly, Barb, Lambo, even Whittie's untimely exit, it shall move on without Kerri.

Kerris opinion was the concenus though. She was just not going to be pressured into signing a contract she didn't feel was right. The rest caved. Of course their gonna cave when threatened with no tour. I really do see both sides, but Donald makes it sound like the contract dispute was a Kerri issue. This was a players issue. They proved it when they all didn't sign until after the entry deadline.

It's a typical management/labor thing in all actuality. Labor doesn't assume the risk (or often the reward) yet labor IS the entity. No one generally wins but if you shut down an industry like this, don't assume it will "rise like a Phoenix" as easily as you think...Remember the 2 events one year recently and THAT was WELL RECEIVED by us fans...
