Hey! I have a question inspired by a conversation I just had with a friend. I believe one can learn to play (even fairly well) with less than optimal technique, but if you have as good technique as possible then you are simply upping the percentage of balls going exactly where they should go given all other variables are the same.
So my friend said he had once seen a tennis course where the technique of several pros were broken down. There was both parts that were consistent for all of them, and some movements that were less consistent and seemed to matter less. The conclusion then was a checklist of things a "perfect technique" should include and also a list of things that you don't need to care about too much (as long as it kinda makes sense of course.)
Does anyone know if there is something similar available for beach volleyball passing? A video course or something similar?
I'd also be glad to hear about the same thing but for indoor volleyball, and I am interested even if it would be a product/course you need to pay for.

Bend knees, butt way out, scrunch shoulders together. Hyperextended arms to provide flat portions of forarms for passing. Hands together (infinite choices, not locking fingers), press thumbs down. Lift with legs to maintain angle of passing platform to target. Digging the big dogs will require pulling back some to put the ball on your partners head at the net rather than over passing it. Rinse/wash/repeat!
