worldtour.2017.fivb.com/en/mesp2017/men/teamsinfo/maindrawTrevor Crabb and Avery Drost are competing in this. Not a bad list of entries of who didn't get in to the WC, will be interesting on how they do. I assume they will split block? I like that Trevor will be more time behind the block. They will also be streaming the semis and finals live: www.youtube.com/user/videoFIVBKOLINSKE/EVANS and MAYER/CASEBEER are listed as Reserve teams, but they aren't near the top of that list.

I'm sure this was planned before Drost and Frishman started playing together.

Yeah, this is about Trevor points, Rosie was probably quite content to stay home after tourney in his backyard. Likely see Trevor block majority as his block is marginally bigger, shame Chase can't find guy with bigger block cause he's killing it right now.

Avery and Trevor won their 1st match, now they play the number 1 seeds, who are 2 6'1 kids from Norway.

If Chase gets his sideout game in order he will have plenty of suitors, but thats a tall task for a guy who is barely six feet, without a special jump or elite power.

How would you rate Chase against Riley McKibbin? I don't really think Riley is a main draw player. He's sort of one of those guys who will almost always qualify, but won't necessarily accumulate enough points to stay out of the qualifier. I see Chase as a mid level player, the way Hudson and Dave McKenzie were a couple years ago slightly below Bomgren level, with potential to be a player who can occasionally make a full field semi (maybe once a year or so)

I thought Riley was the better brother,(before Maddison's win).

Wonder if they split blocked or who blocked full time. Both these players are tweeners who IMHO aren't going to be a main focus on an International level, but will be good AVP players because of USA's lack of quality tall bigs.

Two mediocre blockers get hammered in second round, shows what a vast difference there is between AVP play and international play.

The tournament is played on one court so they're streaming all the matches. Here's the match NOR vs. USA: .
