Any chance of Casey and Theo winning? Haha
Although I'm 100% Phil and Nick.

Lol, Casey and Theo haven't had much sucks yet this year. No AVP podium finishes, no fivb final 4 finishes. They would beat a better team during pool play or soemthing, but then lose out when it matters during elimination rounds.

Betting it's Motherlode in CO, few qualifier-level teams opting for that tourney this weekend. Seems kinda odd though for a guy who desperately wants to make AVP MD, take every crack you can, have to travel to either tourney too.

The motherlode is a poor tournament to attend in hopes of easy money. The top place finishers weren't paid until March and that was after an onslaught of demands from the players and a bunch of @$$%*!* excuses from the guy that runs it. Wouldn't be surprised at all to see the pot continue to decrease in open winnings. Prizes at all levels have been incredibly poor for years as well.

Then anyone missing final AVP of season for what you just described isn't all that bright.

If you have to ask what the Motherlode pays, you can't afford to go to the Motherlode. Not entirely, but as far as I know, Leon has never really announced prize money. Its been a few years since I last went so that may have changed

You kind of have this weird obsession with the guy... maybe he had something planned for his birthday or maybe he just loves playing Motherload, could just be about the friends and environment for him. Heck if the Bomgrens didn't need to capitalize on the points during SF weekend they would have most definitely been playing Waupaca, sometimes the love of the game and grass roots of it all is really what it is about.

The Motherload is a big deal regionally, so teams from UT, and Colorado I don't blame for staying home. It would be the same for the other big regional tournaments.

Vander Meers v Partains could be quite entertaining if it gets there though having hard time believing Partains can do it again even with their near win in Hermosa MD match.
