From the reddit volleyball forum.
A call for an Imoco victory tomorrow over Vakif.

Fabris finally getting her due... She's currently playing at a level equal to Zhu and better than Bosko in her finals. Sorry, but that's bollocks. It really isn't. Fabris has been on another level.

That's how I'm cheering. But this Reddit post feels really optimistic. I feel like VakifBank is at least a step ahead of Novara in a couple of ways. Best outside hitter for Novara isn't as good as Zhu Ting in my opinion. And I'm thinking that VakifBank's reception is better. I will be ecstatic if this article proves true and that Conegliano continues to play outstanding team ball. The answers aren't many hours away.

That's also the "jay" poster, promoting his own Reddit post but under a different handle. The multiple accounts on this board are getting out of hand.

Sorry, but that's bollocks. It really isn't. Fabris has been on another level. A player who is as much dependent on sets and system balls as Fabris can never be, not even in theory, as good as a once-in-a-century talent like Zhu, nor a spiker who absolutely does not depend on the quality of a set, and can kill out-of-system balls just as good (Boskovic). Fabris has never even be in the Top 10 players in the world, let alone among Top 2 (as this jay character argues). So, once again, bollocks.

That poster didn't say that Fabris is as good or better than either of those athletes. They said that Fabris is currently playing as well or better. There's a difference between those two statements. Chill.

As a practical demonstration about Boskovic vs Fabris just look at their respective NT play. Fabris's level is dragged down to the team average by a bad setter, while Boskovic is just as dominant playing with a workmanlike and uninspired setter like Bojana Zivkovic, as she is with a genius like Maja Ognjenovic.

8-7 Conegliano at the first TTO. The most dominant player on the court is easily Zhu Ting. Conegliano is moving the ball around nicely. Both setters have a kill.

23-19 VakifBank. Things have gotten way from Conegliano. A couple of late service errors and no one picking up a free ball have hurt.

First set goes to VakifBank. Their block was significant.
