www.beachmajorseries.com/Can't help but notice that this is no longer the Swatch Major Series. Hopefully this is because the FIVB has brought in a new title sponsor who is investing more in the events than Swatch did. Also, can't help but noticing that the Tour Championship is the week before the MBO. Any speculation on whether this will be better or worse for the top US teams? Could this be the World Series of Beach Volleyball event?

A few notes:
That means no Hamburg Major. World Tour Finals are getting earlier and earlier... in 2015 it was in early September. There’s no Porec major then?

Whoever it is, I really hope they will have similar streaming options to the Swatch series. Loved having access to any match at any time of those tournaments.

Anyone know how to download the matches? I’m afraid once 2018 season is in full swing, the matches from 2017 cannot be viewed anymore... I rewatch the good matches too— mainly Phil and Nick against the Canadians in the World Tour Finals quarterfinals and then against Australia in the Round of 16 in the World Champs. Which is/are your favorite match(es)?

Which is/are your favorite match(es)? No Swatch sponsorship. Hopefully they've got some other big company lined up because Swatch has been involved as a sponsor since 2003. Yes, it is possible to download the matches. From memory I believe the program 'Allavsoft' worked when I needed to save a few matches for offline viewing. It costs a few $ but was very simple to use. I've just had a look at Heidrich/Verge-Depre website as these are one of the first to publish their 2018 schedule. 5 tournaments fall within the month of May, and then 6 tournaments planned within within the month of July. Yikes! Thinking how successful Ludwig/Walkenhorst were with extended breaks, maybe it would be better to compete in fewer tournaments and prepare for them fully.

I tried the trial version but it didn’t work. It’s weird that there’s no specific code for each match— the URL is the same for all the videos in the beachstream.

I gave you the wrong program. The one I used was "Replay Media Catcher". It detects the video that is being played so it doesn't matter what is in the address bar. If you're stuck just PM me and I'm sure we can sort something out. Like you I was worried about some great matches being lost so I'd archived a few myself.
