There only lose was to the gold medalist and April’s only lose was to emit it and Britt. Maybe Emily and Britt improved?

Imo Em and Britt should be a top 5 American team on the FIVB. I would have more faith in them than a ross sweat parter ship over the course of the FIVB season if points weren't holding them back.

A team Claes/Hughes Walsh/Branaugh (strictly olympic qualifying argument, I think they will make a push) Brit and Em (they need the comfort of points -after dominating AVP Sweat Ross - I don't see any type of threat to medal in any way
Fendrick has a low international ceiling, but if she could have snagged Flint they could make a push for somewhere lower in the top 5 imo.

I’d tend to agree here...They just can’t seem to beat any American team in the CQ.....If they got free passes to the main draw they might be ok...April & Alix won’t be in the QC very long so they won’t have to deal with them. Probably Kerri & Nicole again...

Any status update on Kerri? Is she not playing at all this season?
Nicole won’t be able to retain her points if she doesn’t play... but with whom will she play if she does?
Is Lauren really sticking to Karissa Cook for the rest of the season? Or was this a one time deal?

I would also agree here...Summer needs a different partner....I like Brooke but she is not getting it done on FIVB... As a defender who is better? Brooke or Betsi? Toss up for me. Maybe slight advantage to Betsi.

Has not been practicing on the beach together.

Larsen us frustratingly inconsistent which has really held that team back the last year or 2.

That was Nicole’s very first FIVB match in several years..Throwing that match out....If Nicole & Kerri are longer together and if either picks up a decent partner, Brit & Em couold have a tough time getting thru the CQ....

Em and Nicole did a fairly good job at World Champs, if they intend on playing together.

Em and Nicole did a fairly good job at World Champs, if they intend on playing together. That’s really the only downfall I see of today’s women’s teams....They are just so mushy gushy over each other, love playing together, etc. etc....No one seems to be making a move to improve themselves up the rankings...They want to play with their Friend....I know not Everyone has their eye on a Gold Medal in Tokyo, but if your playing FIVB your thoughts must be heading that way... Also...I completely understand one of these youngsters not wanting to take a chance on Kerri & her shoulder, butttttttt.....I’m just saying...IF she is still healthy at beginning of 2019 and ready to make that run to Toyko, if I were a Betsi Flint....Dang..I might be blowing up her phone... Yes...Em & Nicole played very well together....Seemed to have some good chemistry too. I like Em Day a lot...Question is...Who’s holding the team of Brit & Em back?
