Wilkerson/Bansley get the gold with a 21-17 21-17 win. A fun team to watch doing so well this year!

Wow they killed Germany. Results say they are the best team in North America. Incredible accomplishment for Heather, who was written off by some when Pavan dumped her.

Sara Hughes needs to watch lots of video of how Misty May used to play. The rest will come.

And it’s Canada Day today! Triple celebration for them!
Remember who won last year during Canada Day?

Not a bad finish for Kerri and Nicole. One set from the semis. Britt and Kelly had a solid finish getting fourth. So far they are having a decent year in the international tournaments. I see no reason for this team to split. I am hoping SnS will start getting some better results soon overseas.

As expected, Brit/Kelly lose the bronze medal match 17-21, 18-21 against Agatha/Duda. Same problems for Kelly/Brit today as in the semis yesterday. Kelly had trouble siding out and Brit’s bump setting was a bit inconsistent. And for some reason, Kelly was pulling off the net way too often and Brazil just hit it right at her for the kill. I’d like to see Kelly staying at the net and funneling more balls to Brit, but her blocking wasn’t great either. A great finish for them, but there are probably 4-5 American teams thinking they are just as good.

Julia had a lot of problems with Brandie’s serve, which is a little unorthodox jump floater with a low toss and flat trajectory. Heather covered a lot of ground on defense. A bit of an easy draw for them, but excited to see how they play in the upcoming events.

ok, I go on to this site to look at results worldtour.2018.fivb.com/en/wpol2018/women/teamsinfo/maindrawshould it not be 'obvious' to a fan that when they go to a link called 'main draw' they actually see a draw? ...and results? am I doing something wrong? I've fiddled with this site for 10 minutes and can't find where the actual friggin results are? do the promoters of the FIVB think it's neat to make following the actual results of an event difficult? or is this just a Euro thing?

I said to myself, there is something seriously I'm doing wrong is this anyway to keep fans interested, showing them how many points everybody has won?? lol so I just gave up! is that how FIVB tries to promote their sport?...by making fans say 'whatever' and moving on ....no wonder VB doesn't grow

No reason to search anywhere else. I only use the FIVB or AVP sites if I want the scheduled times for the matches I want to watch.

Sara Hughes needs to watch lots of video of how Misty May used to play. The rest will come. If I had to guess, she already has. The reality is that Hughes isn’t going to reach May level with Ross.
