Humler’s injury is similar to Annie Mitchem, on non hitting hand. Mitchem came back at 100 percent after surgery. Not sure if Humler will be out a whole year. Dimi can play left side and passes better than Rado. Warriors also have a California junior college pinhitter coming in, 6’6 Garett Geiger. I’ve heard more Possibilities are a Serbian pinhitter, Brazilian middle, Punahou libero. Recruiting is not done. How do these players pay for medical expenses if they’re not on scholarship or only on partial scholarship?

By being on the roster they are able to have sport related injuries covered.

I agree that Wade should consider shutting down Humler for the year and have corrective surgery to repair the hand, no point in risking further injury. We need him back healthy for next season. We are pretty loaded at the pins and setter already, I'm most excited about landing the Brazilian middle.

Walk ons if injured in practice, im sure are covered one way or the other.

I got onto youtube and among my political news feeds from CNN, NTTimes, and others was this video of the Worsley Brothers. I thought, Maaaan, they're famous! And then I realized it was a UH production. LOL!

The thing that separates this Hawaii team then teams in the past is that Hawaii has legit players at ALL positions. Colton Cowell has given Hawaii a reliable offensive weapon at OH2. Rosie was great at passing and defense, but wasnt really an offensive threat.

Hawaii’’s Zarkovic is a game changer. He gets the best out of his boys. Hope he stays but is over qualified.

Zarkovic is IMO deserves just as much credit as charlie for the resurgance for the program. He is SUCH a gem.
I feel the same about Angelica on the womens side. Both seem to be the more calm, timid personalities compared to their respective head coaches, and provide a nice balance.
Hawaii volleyball is in GREAT shape across all 3 platforms and IMO, when factoring in all 3 together, is the BEST in the nation.

You can tell the players really love him. Just by his antics he does with the players. A lot of mutual respect.
