Very much agreed on this. Kaitlin did an excellent job and UCLA has been bringing in high ranking classes the past few years. They just haven't developed the kids at all. i would beg to differ. She does the recruiting so this group of players, especially the setters, falls at her feet. Someone has to decide who is recruited and who is offered. Any coach who delegates the recruiting entirely to an assistant deserves to be fired.

I would bet that John Hawks does 90% of Speraw's recruiting. Recruiting is time-consuming. It is smart and efficient to put the majority of that responsibility on an Assistant/Recruiting Coordinator. I bet that 10% involves a lot of decisions about who is recruited and who is offered.

I looked up the UCLA coaching staff and I can't figure out which one is the "fattest one." Definitely not Kaitlin. Therefore, Tony Ker must be pregnant. Simple logic.

There is a guy on 247 message board that has harped for the last 3 or 4 years that UCLA not having a certain amount of Black girls on the team has hurt them. Would there be any legs in that?

The only important thing I read on here is the observation someone made about Mac May and how she should've already been a star.
