Like last year, I shall provide my tool for easily visiting all the live streams for Round 1 and Round 2. Here's the link, which at present is "empty". Over the next couple days, I will fill in all 48 links. Simply go to the page, bookmark it, then visit it throughout your viewing hours on Thursday thru Saturday. www.tomsgoodfiles.com/volleyball-great-video-clips.php#2018wvtourn

A question: I have both matches hosted by a given school listed together. However, after I get the match times entered, I think I should reorder the whole list by date and time. But should I??? I did this last year at some point during the week, but can't remember when I did it. It looks better with a city's matches paired together, but will be easier to use at game time if all are in strict chonological order. So... WHEN should I reorder to strict CHRONO??
Also, the page now has a link to NCAA's interactive bracket, and I see I can get the times from the printable version NOW! WooHOO!

Ahhhh... Without too much difficulty, I have all matches, Round 1 and 2, listed with all 3 matches for a city listed in chrono order. The order of the cities is still as per the order first given in the Selection Show.
If I don't get any answers to my question above by, say, about noon Monday, I'll proceed to sort to strict chrono. order.

It may be too much to ask, but it would be amazing if these matches went chronological ASAP, but were also color coded by site. AMAZING. Even if not possible, thanks so much for offering this great resource!

Dude or Dudette, we're going to have to double or triple what we pay you to do this. Totally awesome.

Even if not possible, thanks so much for offering this great resource! I can do that (sort chrono)! I wasn't sure if it would be desirable, but you clinched it. I've also thought of temporarily having BOTH. However, once I start adding view-links, I can only do that to one set, which would be the chrono-set. Also, there are sometimes errors in NCAA's page. I'll have to look out for that. I hope they at least got each DAY right. Getting a day wrong would make me have to move the line far away from it's soon-current sorted spot. They already did get an hour wrong.

Even if not possible, thanks so much for offering this great resource! Though I had not considered doing it, I am now thinking about putting color-coding. Bunch-a-work, but maybe the effort will be helpful to all. Do you have ideas on what 16 colors they should be? We're talking about color of the background, which currently is white. Any particular colors for particular teams, or are we only concerned to be able to instantly spot all 3 matches at a location?

Dang! Color coding is HARD. That is, when picking colors light enough to be a background color for text!

Don't knock yourself out if it's too hard! 16 is a lot of colors, especially for on white (so no yellow?). Don't try to do team colors or you'll go mad. Burgundy, Red, pink, orange, Neon green, deeper green, aqua, blue, navy, lilac, purple, grey, black, brown. To suggest two more, I'd have to see what is available to you! Maybe a second shade of grey and another shade of blue?

Okay, after much experimenting (and much time), I've found 8 light colors that look good. Will have to repeat them for the 2nd set of 8 cities.

Maybe a second shade of grey and another shade of blue? School colors??? NOT THAT CRAZY. Actually, yellow was my first and easiest to pick, and with no "lightening". I've tried to pick a scheme of 8 where there's enough color contrast between adjacent colors to avoid something like "light red" next to "light pink". (But can't promise how the chrono-sort will affect that.) Numerous times, I went back tot he color-picker to lighten up a color a bit more to keep the text readable. I am leaning toward keeping BOTH orders for now, but links will only be in the Chrono set, which will be listed first. And it's there RIGHT NOW, for your viewing.

For the moment (and hopefully for good), the colors, in order, are: yellow, a light blue, a light green, a light red, a light grey, a light orange, a light pink, and a light aqua.

One other thing I am doing differently than last year (and I think it's the right choice) is that instead of the 16 teams' locations, I'm listing team NAME. So last year's would have been "Nebraska" instead of "Lincoln NE". I tood my lead from the annotations during the Selection Show. Thoughts? (Though I hope this is a minor issue.)
