Heard from several coaches that she wasn’t a great teammate. I guess that doesn’t matter to some coaches. This is what happens when you only care about talent and you think you can change her. There’s a reason why she transferred. I heard from several people that anytime someone says "I heard" they have no idea what they are talking about.

There’s a reason why she transferred. Being a Texas fan, I've seen her play against my horns 4 times in the 2 years she was at KU. Each time, she seemed just miserable or very unhappy. I took it to mean one or both of two things: 1) she hated to lose 2) she hated the Horns period
I hate people who do analysis of "body language", so I don't know.
But I'm very, very happy she's out of the Big 12 because she was v.v. good.

I have gotten to see Burse play for 3 years. She started on the 2016 team that won the Big 12 and may have been better than the 2015 team. She had her ups and downs - but on the court I always felt she gave her all and wanted to win. I sincerely hope the best for her.
At the same time - Kansas will do fine without her this year. Sometimes it is in the best interest for both sides to part ways.

There’s a reason why she transferred. if she was a bad teammate, why was she kept on the court the whole time? Not discrediting your information, just trying to understand why if someone was a problem, why would they be kept on the court to further ruin team chemistry My question is what coaches are bad mouthing an opposing player? Or are these "coaches" from the club circuit? If it's club coaches, then I take it with a grain of salt because they could be griping or being pissy.

I’m all for second chances. Particularly for teenage women. Why shouldn’t she be given another opportunity? Arizona St has been a bottom dweller since Macey Gardner went down.
Going to ASU was a good move for Alyse Ford .......

Do we know for certain that this is her second chance? It's her second school, but who knows, maybe this is her 54th chance?
No one knows anything except the people from her first school.

Showed great promise her freshman season, but never developed. Was very inconsistent, and it was not anything to do with coaching. From the moment she was beaten out, her attitude was in the toilet. Arms folded, long faced, wouldn't clap or cheer a good play, and would walk slowly to the huddle after a match win when other players ran. I think she couldn't stand playing with girls who were better than her, and SC had a number who were. ASU was a good fit.

Then why did Alyse Ford go 25-8-42 with a hitting percentage over .400 against USC in their last meeting? 25 kills on 42 swings ... pretty damn impressive
