Seeing these two teams on their court must be a real thorn for the poor Gophers. I was there and here but wouldn't use the term 'thorn' woulda coulda shoulda comes to mind It's an easy game: serve tough so it's not easy for the opponent to get into system. Pass and make good first contacts so that your team can stay in system. After the pivotal pancake reversal at 38-37 Oregon's Willow Johnson had a couple of serves that were poorly handled by MN's receptionists. The team that makes the fewest errors in crunch time, at the end of sets, is the team that moves on. In this case... it the Huskers.

It is physically impossible for the human body to move a finger in the space of a single frame of television. The call was correctly overturned. There was a touch.
Have you ever heard of Chuck Norris? Well, let me tell you...

B1G volleyball is NOT for the faint of heart.
We ALL need to learn and remember this! (some do....I admittedly got caught up in the emotion of Illinois's run)
2-0 lead......it aint over in the B1G

A lot of commentary on the touch/no touch - has it crossed your mind that there are video angles that the replay technician has access to that have higher frame rates than the ESPN camera feeds?
Don’t go basing your judgements off what feeds ESPN has access to.

I’m saying because they didn’t protest the call, someone touched it. If they were positive they hadn’t touched it, there would have been some outward display of emotion, some argument. And I say, that's nonsense. What you are doing here is setting a standard that says players need to complain about every call or else it will be assumed that the call should go against them. Do you you really want to watch "bad acting night at the gym" or do you want to watch volleyball? No I’m saying that if they really didn’t touch it they would have some reaction, not just Oh well.

That wasnt the case in the Stanford/BYU match and I seriously doubt anyone believed differently.

Was there ever a camera view from the side that showed the finger being pushed back by the force of the ball? That is always the view that seems to be the most conclusive. The views from the front and back show some slight movement to the side, but a person can move their pinky sideways. They cannot move it backwards - that would take something pushing it . . . Like a volleyball.
