Congrats to Rettke and Hilley. What did they really improved on compared to last season, in your opinion? Decision-making, focus, hard work, practice, tape review, no Seliger-Swensons or Foeckes.

^So I was in my living room, which is carpeted, trying to envision myself randomly diving from a standing position to try to stop something, pass something, etc....
Nope. It would never happen.
Now I will say that for one the cats in my house, having the ability to "dig" her when I need to put her in the car kennel would be super handy. Although fluid dynamics doesn't apply to cats like it does volleyball.

Wait a minute. She hurt her back in October 2016? And, played the next month and a half with a herniated disc? Holy hell. How? I am impressed

If you watch the Stanford match, it puts her performance in perspective. The Oct symptom was kind of a dead-leg situation As I remember, Sheff said she was having problems for a time, but really felt her back cramp up after the 2nd set v Stanford. She was clearly uncomfortable from that point on. This is the first I’ve heard of a diagnosis prior to Stanford though. Some of the time lines are a bit fuzzy though. For example, it’s unclear when the setback occurred exactly.

So optimistically assuming WI wins tonight, I'm assuming next weekend tickets go on sale shortly thereafter ? I'll be coming down, want to be sure to get tickets. Info sharing appreciated. Thanks!

If it follows previous years’ pattern, it’ll be Monday morning for all-session and Friday for single match.

I can’t even think about next weekend. The last ‘Point, a Wisconsin!’ Lee Feinswog, said UCLA could be the best team in the country, or the worst. I’m nervous.

If May does a Pressley, it's over. Also, notice that Rettke has been sitting on the bench when she is out of rotation? I think she must still have feet problems. Appalled that this is a second round matchup, and #11 gets Towson.
