Wholy cow... I'm a hater? and I'm at my best? The new poster apologized and seemed very concerned. My opinion was what I thought and how I read it. You live in California too? I picked Stanford to win then play Nebraska in the finals. I'm no hater and your logic doesn't make sense.

Before somebody sees KP use an inhaler and lose their mind (if she does), The use of Beta 2 Agonists (many Asthma medications) are allowed by the NCAA when certain conditions are met. They must be by inhalation, with a prescription, and the SA must receive pre-approval from the NCAA with a medical exemption on file. My youngest played D1 WVB. She had EIA. Travelled with her inhaler and an EpiPen. Not a problem as long as your team has a compliance officer who knows their stuff and ensures all the paperwork is in order before any positive test results. I'm losing my mind right now, that this has been brought again. Enough!

My thing is why are we talking about players personal issues and medications. Should let that stuff just stay private. Players don’t want all their personal business out there. I mean I can be ruff on people sometimes but it’s usually all volleyball pertaining stuff. That stuff seems more private

As a Nebraska fan I kinda want our own chance to take stanford out(provided we take care of business against illinois which is no easy task). But I love byu this year and would love for them to knock em out as well. I'll root for the underdog here

The Cougs will take the Cardinal apart. Just as LMU did a few weekends ago... right?

Saying that the Cougs would "take the Cardinal apart" is silly... about as silly as saying "LMU beat BYU and BYU beat Stanford, so LMU will beat Stanford".
Win, maybe.. but take apart? The match isn't in Provo, Plummer isn't sick (as she was during the August match) and the Cardinal is far better than they were in September. BYU had a tough pre-conference schedule, but how much did the WCC test them? Stanford didn't get tested as much as they might, but the Pac-12 is still better than the WCC.

I'm losing my mind right now, that this has been brought again. Enough! Relax. If anything, the post should serve to squelch the PED/banned substance talk. I think you need to relax. Why is Plummer's personal business, your business? Leave it alone! The person that brought this up is an idiot.

Can we get back on topic ?! Sure what is your prediction, who do you want to win and who do you think will win and why?

You were asking a question, hence the question mark. In no way were you saying or suggesting USE. Good lord Cruz'n, comprehend much? Come on seriously. I to have issue insinuating someone may have a competitive advantage excuse cause they are that great. I guess when your the best there’s always gonna be people trying to knock you down. It’s the world we live in. I think Plummer is just that good cause she naturallly gifted. I don’t think anything else had to do with it. Haters at their best. Medical stuff is personal in I don’t really think has place on boards. In that case why don’t we dig into every players personal life and I’m sure u will find plenty of players that take different things for different issues. If it’s those meds are not against ncaa rules then there’s no reason to bring it up. This has to be the most incoherent mess I have seen on this board. I'm a little concerned about your health.

Raskie, Oregon. I assume you didn't watch their match against Minnesota. I have, they played Hawaii as well, but not as offensive as LHE. The way Haddock Eppich dumps the ball...well lets just say it is Epic!!! Raskie played the 6-2 before this season so she wasn't nearly as good offensively when she played Hawaii as she was later in the season. She hadn't really had much of an opportunity to attack before this season and she improved a lot as the season went along. I was very impressed with how much better she got and her performance overall. I wouldn't put much weight on her matches against Hawaii. I agree about Haddock Eppich.

I'm firmly of the belief that players' personal lives are none of my business, but this seems like a straightforward and informative post. A lot of Volleytalkers are involved in coaching and administration and might find this information interesting.

I'll go with Stanford in this one. They have the best player in the country, it's on a neutral court, and Stanford is healthier and whole True. But obviously you're discounting the many VT reports that Plummer is already gassed... did u see her against penn state. Gassed ?
