That's a pretty amazing acknowledgement of Illinois' potential to be included in this list. And to be the only B1G team listed. No doubt the usual Badger fans will soon show up to point out that it should be Wisconsin because after all they scored more POINTS total than Illinois did (while losing 2 out of 3 matches, including the regional final) last year. Chill, Badger dudes. Realistically I don't see any B1G team going undefeated. In fact, I don't see any team in the country going undefeated. Too much talent everywhere.

Did you just make up a dramatic scenario about badger fans and then tell the people from this imaginary scenario to chill? LOLLLLLLLLLLLLL.

Seems logical & plausible situation to me as some badger fans can’t get over that IL was able to surpassed them last year to Minneapolis.

I think the only two who have a chance to be undefeated are Stanford and Kentucky. Kentucky looks to have the easiest non-conference of the elite teams.

You obviously keep missing Badgermania's incessant reference to that "dramatic scenario" on multiple threads on VT. Here's a sample from one: yesterday at 10:13am gophers4life said: BadgerMania Avatar yesterday at 4:43am BadgerMania said: Just how close were the 2 teams last year? Wisconsin and Illinois played 972 points last year. Wisconsin Won 487 and Illinois won 485. Dividing by 50 points per set, that would be more than 19 sets. Or otherwise some extraordinarily high scoring matches. Can that possibly be right? My handwriting sucks Wisconsin and Illinois played 3 times and had a total of 572 points. I thought we had done a pretty good job of ignoring a patently stupid observation.

Nobody came into this thread like that. You said it to invite it rather than letting it sit and die in other threads. So I was just being cheeky.

If we go undefeated I'll buy the first round in Pittsburg. Heck, I'll buy the first three rounds.

The only thing that matters are wins/losses. We beat them 2-1 and most importantly when it counted. Case closed
