I honestly wouldn't blame Dan Fisher for leaving if Ohio State or anyone came calling for another high profile job. He can't take Pitt to new heights given how weak the ACC is relative to other power 5 conferences.

I'm no fan of the Pitt coach, but the Pitt team is no joke. Jordan is just that good.

RIP ACC. Not so P5 when looking at post season runs. Everyone needs to step up and push each other. It's up to GT to hold down the fort in the NIVC.

Hey now, we still have Louisville alive against a Texas team who went to five against UCSB... yeah, I get what you're saying. The ACC coaches need to schedule better in the nonconference among other things in order for us to not look like a joke in the postseason.

WOW. did not see Pitt losing to CINCY but def knew Thompson wasnt ready for her career to be over. So how will Pitt be next year with losing Layne, Stephanie, Hillegas, and Markovic?
UL has some very good pieces. I really think next year they will be the team to beat...imagine if they still had McHenry....

Pitt keeps Lund and will slot either Faki or a freshman in for Williams, Faki already played a lot during conference play and did well at OH2 during some weeks where Williams had defense issues. At MB, Starks is already better than Layne defensively, just needs a better connection with Akeo which will come with reps. Ndee can play RS as well as anyone and will be fine there. The main worry is libero especially considering how well Hillegas played. Perosa is a good server but bad at D, and the reverse for Browske who is the likely starter. Not sure what the recruiting class looks like, I don't really keep my ear to the ground in that regard.

Imagine if they could keep talent from Kiva (best girls club in Louisville) at home. They would have Paige hammons, Allie Gregory, Allie stumler, and rylee radar (top 20 2020 OSU commit )

There are at least 3 or 4 that would be vying for the college final four if they were all on the same college team. I've always thought that. Last season, Kiva would have had stumler, Maloney, sauer, Gregory, hammons, dieudonne, kaiser,

Stumler is the one that got away but historically UK has been better that UL. Rader is a top 10 recruit going to the best vball conference... DBK can't get every KIVA kid and not every KIVA wants to go to UL. DeBeer is no slouch and I have heard good things about P. Kong. There are 2 2021 Pittsburgh setters going out of town (Ohio State and Louisville) so Pitt committed a setter from Cali. GO FIGURE!?

Ecspecially if they can go somewhere far. What I meant is that even if DBK could've had one of those players listed on her roster this year, they would be a key role and very valuable. However, I cannot criticize any of DBKs recruiting as all of those players were "missed" by Anne Kordes,Moho was the biggest flop ever
