Hamson left volleyball.
I would be surprised if Bower plays this fall. I would expect them to go with the senior, while Bower is getting into college shape. I would not be surprised to see Bower red-shirt this season, to get her truly ready for a full four years. But I am just guessing at that.

I have not seen Grimmer play. That would require me going to a club tournament. 😐 Heard good things about her.
My daughter reffed Idaho Crush a few weeks ago. She really liked the Bower girl. Reminded her of LHE.

Did we forget about Hamson? She's a huge block and if she's anything like her sister, lethal... Didn't she decide to focus on basketball only? when did this news break?

Did anyone ask her about McKenna Miller’s rehab?

Did anyone ask her about McKenna Miller’s rehab? It only says "Ask anything", it does not say you will get an answer. Given that she probably cannot legally discuss any details of a players medical condition, the response would probably be something like, "Her recovery is progressing well and we are really hoping she will be fully ready to play in the fall." And yes, yes we are!

Awesome pics of the seniors. RJP will always be one of my all-time favorites simply because of the improvement and progression every year...but that could be said for the Haddock sisters and Martindale...nothing but respect. One aspect that is overlooked with this group is their physicality that comes from hard work...hope our underclassman are so included.
Charger0304...I hope you are right. The buzz I heard at spring games surrounded Erin Anderson and Grimmer...if either of those can be a freshman impact player on the pin the way Mckenna Miller was as a freshman, I think BYU could be very very very dangerous (especially at the end of the year).

As an aside, RJP and Tambre Nobles are signed up to play the AVP Huntington Beach event.

Talked to a club coach this weekend that said Grimmer has some similiarities to Dani Barton Drees (best player from the Univ. of Utah)...6'1'', lefty and super athletic. I am liking what I hear...

Grimmer’s Storm team finished 3rd in open at the 18s GJNC last weekend in Dallas. Morgan Johnson’s Forza1 team took fifth and she made the All Tournament team. Erin Anderson’s Forza1 North team won the American division and she was also an all tournament selection. Abby Dayton’s A4 team also competed in Open. Solid representation by the pin hitters of this incoming BYU class.
