That puts the national championship match between December 15 and December 21. We're actually jumping from the earliest possible date in 2018 to the latest possible in 2019.

(Much different than the August 24th first weekend and November 29th-December 1st Elite 8 Super Duper Festival Year that occured this year).

Gotta love it when a coach that gets their schedule posted promptly. It is a strong indication that they are enthusiastic about the upcoming season. Has anyone ever posted their schedule before New Year's Day? The first one I've seen is out of Division II, Goldey Beacom has had theirs posted since the beginning of December! Goldey Beacom Schedule

D3 has an extra weekend in 2019. First time it has happened since 2014. It occurs when Labor Day falls on Sept 1 or 2. There will be 12 weekends between Labor Day and Thanksgiving, instead of the more typical 11 weekends (72% of the time). It will happen next in 2024 and 2025.
You can sometimes get a partial schedule preview by going to the conference site. They might have the league matches posted before the non conference stuff gets filled in.

Goldey Beacom ScheduleGoldey Beacom'a won-lost record for this season was 7-22. I would guess the coaching staff's enthusiasm was for erasing memories asap for this season, and moving onto hopes for the upcoming season.

Yeah I can understand why a coach that just had an all timer of a season might want to give that schedule as much hang time as they possibly can.
Everyone else should be ready to turn the page.
