What a whopp'n. I thought spain was playing really well this week.
While this isn't a 5 star or a major these 2 wins today are really nice, especially in 2 sets each.

If they take 2nd, I believe they will actually be tied with Crabb/Gibb in entry points. If they win they will pass them.
Gibb and Crabb don't lose any points for a while still.

There are no tournaments in the USA anyways so either way they cannot be seeded 1 automatically for a tournament for being host country’s top team. Wonder if Crabb/Gibb regret their decision to skip Doha.

Seeing Fijalek play makes me miss him and Prudel. I really liked that team!
The last 2 fivbs for Prudel, he's played with 18 y.o. parnters. 2 different directions for them!

Nice to see Phil serving aggressively on the good side.

Phil casually dominant once more Yes but seeing as Nick is getting 97% of serves, dude deserves ton of credit for being in outstanding condition, crazy tight, super quick, hitting variety of shots and scooping some sick line over balls. Nick was NOT in this condition last season, he's clearly put in the work this offseason and it's paying off big time right now.

Grimalts vs Dalcena for the gold.
Poland vs Spain for bronze.
Either way, Dalcena would’ve matched their best result in Doha already.
One more match! Let’s go USA!

They've played a lot more vball this week than Phil and Nick. 1 Q Match + round 1 of winner's bracket, + they've played 4 matches that went 3. Phil and Nick only had one 3 setter.
