I know the AVP overlaps with KL, and makes Xiamen a difficult trip, but having a 4 star and a 3 star back to back, with no US entries at all?
Surely some enterprising team should be taking advantage of not having to fight through a CQ for the 4 star and then the easy travel from China to KL. Lots of points to be had here and with the higher ranked non-Phil teams all having posted a bad finish already, maybe the lack of US entries should change?

There are definitely USA teams going to Xiamen! Most teams are beginning their season there. I've noticed that USA teams are not listed until +/- 4-5 weeks before the start date of the tournament. Rest assured! I'll post the list of entries as soon as they come out, probably within the next 10 days. (PS I'm always keeping an eye out for the entry list too) Jason Lochhead posted on IG that Dalcena will be going to Xiamen next. It should also be ATeam's first tournament to start the official 2019 summer season. http://instagram.com/p/BvGqr1pHIS3 I'm guessing teams will play Xiamen and then come back for AVP HB.

for some reason the USA fed. doesn't like to register teams early. By the end of the week we should know the full list.
