It's always nice to hear that former Hawaii players who are originally from the mainland want to stay and work in Hawaii upon graduation.

Hawaii is playing the 30th, not sure who though.
The five 2020 recruits took their visit over the weekend and some have signed today!

Looks like the beach team only has 11 players looking at a recent photo, not counting indoor players who plan to play.

12 is pretty small for a roster right?? The team must expect a few to cross over then. I am guessing Norene, Hanna and BVS are a sure thing.

12-14 is probably the perfect size. Not like a basketball team where you need a practice team.
In the past, one of the complaints was that the team was too big and a lot of players weren’t getting enough reps.

My guesses for indoor crossovers:
Sure thing: Hanna Hellvig Brooke Van Sickle Norene Iosia
Possible, greater than 50%: Jolie Rasmussen Bailey Choy Kyra Hanawahine
Possible, less than 50% (but unlikely to crack the top 6 flights): Riley Wagoner Tiffany Westerberg Amber Igiede

McKenna Ross is a senior, she may decide to try out as well.

I don;'t think Van Sickle or Rasmussen would play beach. They need to rest up their bodies... they are on indoor scholarships.
Where's the recruiting announcements?

BVS will have plenty of time to get healthy by beach season. She came to Hawaii so she could play both. Wagoner is a strong possibility.

Hope her body holds up tho... she'd obviously do well on the Beach team. Wagoner would be fantastic as well. Aside from Iosia and Hellvig, can't really see any players from indoors that can make an immediate impact to the Beach team. Rasmussen if she was healthy of course.

Yeah BVS was going to come here just to play beach. Then the indoor team heard she was coming and then decided they wanted her as well.
